Because nobody else knows your body like you do.
You know your body better than anyone else, where you will naturally gain an understanding of its strengths and weaknesses as you move through life. However, many people could also benefit from professional chiropractic care to boost their overall wellbeing - and that’s where we step in.
SO, WHAT EXACTLY IS CHIROPRACTIC?
Put simply, posture adjustment is an incredible tool to help your body cope with life's ups and downs.
Our chiropractic adjustments work by helping the spine and nervous system to work together - in alignment - through spinal manipulation to give you improved spinal health.
We want to help you in all areas of your life with therapeutic realignment and manual spinal adjustments. These will help you sleep better and move better - without pain or discomfort. Now you can do whatever you want, without the fear of spinal pain.
Our care continues after you’ve left the treatment room
We offer more than just manual spinal adjustments, where our team can combine regular alignments with tips on fitness, nutrition and stress relief to assist you even when you aren’t at the clinic.
We’ll also consider your body and lifestyle choices and how they may impact your chiropractic journey, where we aim to create a customised chiropractic therapy plan that works for you.
Chiropractic adjustment is all about fixing pain, right?
Think again.
Think of chiropractic care as an MOT for your spine. Although, it offers much more than that. Part of our job is to help you manage and overcome pain and injury. However, we seek more than that. Ensuring clients find themselves in a body that is brought into alignment with itself through professional chiropractic care.
A body that is optimised to do the things it needs to do each and every day, whether that’s hitting the sports field, standing at the front of the classroom, sitting at a desk, or simply getting around the house with ease and in comfort.
Optimal Health Chiropractic uses the latest in digital x-ray imaging technology and computerised posture analysis.
I’M NEW TO CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?
Firstly, you’ll be greeted with a smile by our Chiropractic Assistants who will answer any questions you may have. During your visit, we’ll discuss your health and lifestyle history and conduct a digital posture analysis.
This will be followed by a comprehensive chiropractic wellness examination, which will test your reflexes and range of motion, as well as several standard neurological, orthopaedic, postural, and physical examinations. With your consent, a spinal x-ray may be conducted, if necessary.
WHAT ABOUT FUTURE ADJUSTMENTS?
After your initial treatment, we will schedule you in for a Report of Findings session, where we will meet to discuss your results. In developing your chiropractic treatment plan, we will then take into account your current lifestyle choices, your ambitions for the future and any challenges in the way. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask us any questions – something we greatly encourage.
During each session, your adjustments will be performed by your chiropractor as per your treatment plan. Stretching, exercise instruction and any other advice may also be given to support you in your journey towards improved spinal health.
I'd like to talk about professional chiropractic care. What's next?
Talking is the best – and only – way to kick things off. We love a good chat, even if that’s all it turns out to be: a chat! We will never rush you, and if we feel that another care profession might be better placed to help you, we will let you know.
